Ages since I touch this blog again.
I tried to sway away from the design design this time round.
CSS is not a programming language.
Coding javascript now.
Some points to write later:
- Team takes time to get along and then get into the correct gear.
- Loner phantom. Get a life bro.
Yeah getting into the groove with a new team can be a bit difficult. Who's the loner phantom. :p
ReplyDeleteHaha. I haven't got time to think properly to write this post. I meant that it takes time to understand how everyone in the team work, how each one communicates. And most importantly it takes some time for us to get along with each other so that we can be comfortable being together. That would very much eliminates a possible source of stress. From the so-called "project manager" role that I'm in now, helping everyone getting along is even more important.
ReplyDeleteAnd the loner phantom is me haha. And "Get a life" is what my friend told me. Because my friends in hall always sees me walking around my level at night. Because I work late so now and then I need to walk around to think and to not fall asleep.
